Because EVERYTHING was amazing! I actually started this book as an audiobook, and I have to say that\u00a0Imani Parks really made this story 500x better by reading it. It gave me a good sense of how Claudia was speaking and what her voice sounded like. I&#8217;m not usually an audiobook person, but this one definitely made me want to listen to more!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Bad: <\/strong>The time jumps were confusing right up until they weren&#8217;t. I know that sounds confusing, but it&#8217;s the most concise way I have to explain it. Once I knew what was going on though, I loved it! Reminded me a lot of how I felt right after finishing <em>We Were Liars<\/em> by E. Lockhart, in that I needed to reread it like ten more times, immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The GIF:\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1092\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kaitgoodwin.com\/books\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/ron-what.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"238\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>JUDGING A BOOK BY ITS COVER<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This cover is wow.
