What would you do if you spent the day Olivia? Where would you go to eat, hang out, relax, etc.?

I’m pretty sure Olivia and I would have an absolute blast hanging out for the day, and she’s a Brooklyn girl, herself, so it would be quite easy for us to meet up.

We’d start by meeting up for coffee around Prospect Park. Since it’s nice out, we’d definitely go for a stroll around the park and discuss all the latest horror movies—I’m particularly curious to hear what she thinks about Jordan Peele’s Us, because many of my fellow horror-nerds have been divided on that one.

Later in the afternoon, we’d swing by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Downtown Brooklyn to watch one of the newer horror movies—I still haven’t seen Pet Sematary, and hopefully she hasn’t either 😉 Also, their milkshakes are to die for—along with their chips and queso.

If we still had time, we’d head to the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens. It’s a museum all about the art of filmmaking, and I just know she’d love it, especially the Jim Henson exhibit.

Of course, it goes without saying that during every subway ride, we’d be chatting movies and writing. With all Olivia’s passion, I have no doubt she’d have plenty of writing tips to offer me!
